A technological collaboration involving Osidoc and id3 Technologies.
Osidoc and id3 Technologies have entered into a partnership to improve document security. The partnership combines the Osidoc’ solution, which simplifies automated document generation, with BioSeal code, designed to certify and authenticate documents and make them tamper-proof. The combination of these two technologies should provide users with a complete and secure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for document creation. The aim of this collaboration is to improve the protection of sensitive information and the traceability of documents, whatever the structure of the company.
Osidoc software.
Automate the writing of all your documents.
Osidoc is a document generation automation solution with a host of features, including customisable templates and cross-platform access. It integrates easily with existing systems and can be connected to other services via Web APIs. This solution significantly reduces the time spent creating documents, minimises errors and can be easily adapted to the growing needs of the company thanks to its user-friendly interface. Osidoc is useful for legal departments, financial institutions, human resources departments and many others, as it streamlines the generation of various documents and ensures consistency across teams.
BioSeal Technology.
Ensures the authenticity and legitimacy of sensitive documents.
BioSeal QR Code technology provides secure multi-factor authentication for identity verification and document authentication through the innovative integration of a Visible Digital Seal (VDS). BioSeal embeds an electronically signed, encrypted dataset into a QR code that can be easily scanned to confirm the authenticity of documents and products. This process ensures that any tampering or counterfeiting attempts are immediately detected. Fully compliant with GDPR, BioSeal prioritises data protection by encrypting and locally processing biometric data, such as fingerprints and facial recognition, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure throughout the authentication process.
Verify the owner’s identity using in-house biometrics technologies.
BioSeal technology encapsulates a person’s biometric data, such as fingerprints or face, in a QR code or other 2D barcode. By scanning the code, it is then possible to verify the user’s identity and control access rights to sensitive information. To do this, simply compare the biometric data previously enrolled in the BioSeal with data taken on the fly, whether it’s a photo of a face or an image of a fingerprint. This technology has been entirely developed by id3 and is optimised for storage in a 2D barcode, while offering a high level of security.
Check Document Authenticity With BioSeal Reader
To make it easier to check the authenticity of documents, we have developed a mobile application for reading BioSeal codes. By scanning the QR code on the document, you can verify the identity of the issuer and the authenticity of the document. Depending on the use case, biometric data can also be verified to protect access to the QR code.

Implementation methodology
01.
Definition of
document templates
The first step is to identify the automated document generation needs of each department (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.). Each requirement will lead to the definition of a document template (text fields, dynamic form, etc.) and a document management process.
02.
Creation of your
BioSeal code
In collaboration with the customer teams, id3 will create the BioSeal use cases to comply with the ISO 22376:2023 international standards for the use of a QR code according to the rules of the visible digital seal.
03.
User training for
Osidoc Designer
Osidoc Designer is the editing tool for business experts responsible for document creation (authors) and access rights management (administrators).
04.
Set up of
Osidoc Server
The Osidoc server can be hosted on-premise or as a SAAS solution. The server configuration includes connection to business data (ERP, CRM, etc.), integration with your specific applications, and communication with third party systems (e-signature, blockchain, identity control, etc.).
05.
Getting started with
web portal
The web portal is an interface with Osidoc server that allows users to write documents using templates designed with Osidoc Designer tool.
06.
Production start-up and
ongoing support
We’ll support your teams get your documents into production, both at the start of the project and as the project progresses, depending on your needs.
Integration with Osidoc
Osidoc can be integrated into enterprise applications as a service. It natively has the means to integrate web services and also retains the ability to access SQL mode. Osidoc can be used in front-end or back-office mode for your applications.
